Software Support & Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Support & Trainer to join AGTEK and assist our UK and European customers. In this position you will act as a technical partner, delivering support, training and feedback to help users maximise the value of our construction software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality technical support via phone, email and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot user issues across AGTEK’s software suite and mobile applications.
• Identify, document and report software defects and verify bug fixes.
• Deliver online and in‑person training sessions, including multi‑day hands‑on classes.
• Develop training materials such as guides, videos, exercises, webinars and tutorials.
• Test new software releases, validate fixes and support quality‑assurance processes.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback for product improvements.
• Represent AGTEK at industry events, trade shows and customer sessions.
• Collaborate with Hexagon Geosystems teams across regions.

Required profile

• Experience in heavy civil construction or a closely related field.
• Strong ability to learn, understand and explain software solutions.
• Excellent communication, customer service and teaching skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and professional working style.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
