About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice and representation to clients on financial mis‑selling cases.
• Prepare and present cases in court as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister.
• Draft legal documents, review contracts and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to devise case strategies and manage caseloads.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate records of proceedings and communications.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through professional service.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor Advocate or Barrister in the UK.
• Proven advocacy experience, particularly in financial mis‑selling matters.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
