Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel & Spa

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, members and residents at our award‑winning Utopia Spa. Working within a small, dedicated team, you will ensure a seamless, relaxing experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, residents and members to the spa and provide a warm, professional reception.
• Handle telephone enquiries and take individual treatment bookings.
• Show guests around the facilities and liaise with food & beverage for lunch/tea orders.
• Coordinate with therapists and the Spa Manager on schedules and last‑minute changes.
• Compile bills, complete administrative duties and perform daily balancing/banking for the spa.
• Maintain adherence to Mystery Guest Standards throughout the day.

Required profile

• Previous guest service or reception experience (essential).
• Excellent personal presentation and a genuine interest in spas and beauty.
• Computer literate with strong attention to detail in administration.
• Previous beauty knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.

• Salary £24,784.76 per annum plus a £100 monthly bonus potential and service charge payment.
