Specialist Hygiene Service Technician – Haydock

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist Hygiene Service Technician to join our Haydock team, covering Liverpool, Chester, Wirral and surrounding areas. You will deliver a variety of hygiene cleaning services, from bio‑hazard and flood‑water remediation to crime‑scene and industrial cleaning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reactive hygiene cleaning services across diverse premises, including biohazard, flood damage, infection control, police/prison cells, sharps removal, trauma and crime scenes.
• Perform technical cleaning tasks such as factory, high‑level, silo and confined‑space cleaning.
• Work as part of an on‑call rota, adapting to changing weekly priorities.
• Offer expert advice to customers and maintain a professional image.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying patterns and support business needs.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check where required.
