Speech and Language Therapist – Up to £48k + £4k Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist school in Hambridge. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing high‑quality therapy to children and young people with complex communication needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention for children and young people with complex communication needs.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes.
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff and multidisciplinary clinical colleagues.
• Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and participate in ongoing reviews.
• Support communication strategies across the wider school environment.

Required profile

• HCPC‑registered Speech and Language Therapist.
• Experience working in children’s services, education or specialist settings.
• Strong understanding of autism and complex communication profiles.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Commitment to person‑centred, high‑quality care.
