Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior professionals in the Electrical industry, primarily in the fast‑growing California market.
• Identify and headhunt high‑achieving talent for executive roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Develop commercial and client‑facing skills in a fast‑paced setting.

Required profile

• Competitive mindset with a background in sport or high‑performance activities (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong drive, ambition and resilience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
