Sports Marketing Operations Intern – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join the Global Sports Marketing team at PUMA’s Manchester office as a Sports Marketing Operations Intern. You will support the day‑to‑day operational management of PUMA’s partnerships with the Premier League and Manchester City, gaining hands‑on experience in product operations, order management and partnership logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the operational management of Premier League and Manchester City partnerships, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities.
• Coordinate product orders from processing to delivery, track shipments, monitor stock levels and support forecasting.
• Maintain accurate operational trackers for orders, deliveries, stock and stakeholder contacts.
• Collaborate with Business Operations, Logistics, Merchandising, Marketing and Product Line Management to align workflows.
• Help plan and execute logistics for partnership activations, photoshoots and club events.
• Support performance tracking by analysing data and preparing reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Sports Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence in Excel for data tracking, reporting and analysis.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a problem‑solving attitude and a passion for football.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events or club visits.
