Staff Nurse – Community Treatment and Care (CTAC)

About the role

The Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) team in Cheviot is seeking an enthusiastic Staff Nurse to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care across the local community. This fixed‑term position runs until 31 March 2027 and offers family‑friendly hours from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients in community settings.
• Work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of communication.
• Travel to various sites within the Cheviot area using a personal vehicle.
• Utilise IT systems for patient documentation and care coordination.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid UK nursing registration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo training; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using healthcare IT systems for record keeping.
