Staff Nurse – Community Treatment and Care (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Staff Nurse to join the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) team serving the Peebles area. This fixed‑term position runs until 31 March 2027 and offers family‑friendly hours across Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to community patients.
• Work autonomously in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Travel between CTAC sites in Peebles, Innerleithen and West Linton using your own vehicle.
• Utilise IT systems for patient records and communication.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid UK nursing registration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in community or acute nursing is preferred, but full training will be provided.
