Staff Nurse – Pre Assessment (Part‑time)

About the role

Join the Pre‑Assessment team at Euxton Hall Hospital on a part‑time basis (24 hours per week). You will work within an 8 am‑8 pm shift pattern, delivering high‑quality, individualised patient care in a fast‑moving private hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, patient‑centred care as part of the Pre‑Assessment team.
• Perform venepuncture and interpret point‑of‑care test results to guide clinical action.
• Communicate clearly with patients and multidisciplinary staff.
• Adhere to Ramsay Health Care policies and the Ramsay Way of caring for people.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety protocols.

Required profile

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Strong clinical competence and familiarity with NICE guidelines.
• Experience with point‑of‑care testing equipment and blood transfusion/BARS procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational attention to detail.
