Missions principales

• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to candidate progression.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting for specialized technical profiles.
• Manage candidate engagement and build strong professional relationships throughout the interview process.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers in making informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
• Contribute to the development of diverse talent pipelines to support our green energy mission.

Profil recherché

• Individuals identifying as Black, Black British, African, or Caribbean.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level technical talent.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Ability to work onsite in our London office for the duration of the program.
