Stock & Bond Manager

About the role

The Stock & Bond Manager will lead a warehouse inventory team, ensuring accurate stock control, compliance with HMRC regulations, and efficient goods receipt and despatch processes within DHL Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, supervise and report on team activities, providing leadership, training and development.
• Maintain system integrity, stock control, goods receipt/despatch, reverse logistics and KPI reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with HMRC requirements and act as a liaison with business partners and customers.
• Monitor HMRC compliance, implement necessary changes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations management to use systems effectively and maintain an accurate stock profile.

Required profile

• Good understanding of HMRC requirements.
• Experience managing a warehouse inventory team.
• Excellent knowledge of WMS and related computer systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
