Stock Controller – Boutique – Kings Road (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Maje’s flagship boutique on Kings Road as a Stock Controller. You will ensure the stockroom runs smoothly, support the store team, and guarantee accurate order fulfilment for both in‑store and online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient stockroom environment.
• Manage stock intake, support deliveries and transfers according to company procedures.
• Assist the store manager with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies promptly, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Process and fulfil online orders, pick, pack, and dispatch parcels within agreed timeframes.
• Troubleshoot fulfilment issues and liaise with store management and customer service as needed.
• Handle online returns efficiently following company guidelines.
• Communicate operational performance and stock status to management.

• Good organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
