Stock Controller

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and organised Stock Controller to join our busy Commercial team. The role focuses on managing stock levels, forecasting demand and ensuring product availability across multiple retail customers, working closely with Sales, Merchandising, Product Development, Shipping, Warehousing and overseas factories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stock planning and forecasting models to support commercial decisions.
• Coordinate new product planning to ensure timely availability.
• Produce regular reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in commercial reviews, providing data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent decision‑maker who can take ownership of tasks.
• Confident communicator able to work with colleagues at all levels.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS and IF statements.
• Comfortable working with large datasets.
