Stock & Logistics Administrator

About the role

The Execution Stock & Logistics Owner will manage stock movements, contract execution and logistics planning across multiple sites in Scotland and England. You will act as the central point for inbound and outbound deliveries, inventory records and customer service, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales and purchase contracts and ensure contract tonnage targets are met.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with hauliers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate stock balances, inventory records and system updates.
• Process invoices and support credit‑control activities.
• Collaborate with trading, finance, quality and logistics colleagues to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, stock control, customer service or contract administration.
• Strong organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and willingness to drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with stock management or logistics software.
