Part‑time Sales Advisor – Retail

About the role

Join Lipault as a part‑time Sales Advisor, working 12 hours per week in the flagship store on Long Acre. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help maximise sales, and maintain a tidy, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product advice and demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to create a friendly shopping experience.
• Process transactions efficiently, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and follow after‑sales service procedures.
• Maintain store presentation, manage stock deliveries, assist with merchandising displays and stock counts.
• Ensure security of stock and cash, uphold health and safety standards, and keep the store clean.
• Handle telephone enquiries, open and close the store according to company procedures, and support administrative tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift luggage up to 15 kg.
• Previous retail experience and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Team player who can work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good command of English and a neat, well‑groomed appearance.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for point‑of‑sale systems.
