Store Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role
Join Toolstation in Fort William as a Store Assistant, working 10 hours per week. You’ll be the friendly face of the store, helping customers find the right products while supporting deliveries and stock handling.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and unpack deliveries, keep the store clean and tidy.
- Stock shelves and prepare customer orders.
- Assist customers, answer questions and promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
- Handle early starts and late finishes as the store operates from 7 am to 8 pm.
Required profile
- Warm, friendly personality with a positive attitude.
- Reliability and flexibility to work the required hours.
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
