About the role
Join JD Group as a Store Colleague and become a key part of delivering an outstanding in‑store experience. You will greet customers, keep the shop floor looking sharp, and ensure product availability while embodying the brand’s energetic and customer‑focused culture.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual standards by keeping displays tidy and well‑presented.
- Replenish stock on the shop floor and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering high service standards.
- Handle transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently.
