Store Manager – Beauty Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Sevenoaks beauty boutique. You will be the face of Space NK, curating a selection of over 100 innovative beauty brands and delivering a ‘customer first’ experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability, meeting targets for LFL growth, ATV, AUS and conversion.
• Coach and motivate the team to provide unbiased product advice and exceptional service.
• Manage payroll spend through effective scheduling and people planning.
• Maintain stock accuracy by adhering to handling policies and minimising loss.
• Analyse commercial reports to identify business opportunities and drive performance.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to support business growth.
