Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our fashion retail outlet in Portsmouth. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales and customer‑service staff.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs and manage store budgets.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Maintain excellent customer service, handling enquiries and complaints.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.

• Proven experience managing a fashion or accessories store.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and manage KPIs.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for fashion.
