Store Manager – Fashion Retail – Richmond

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store in Richmond. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high visual standards while developing a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing retail team.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs and store profitability.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness and compliance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling, stock control and health & safety.
• Recruit, train and retain talent to build a strong workforce.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
