Store Manager – Food Retailer (Channel Islands) – Up to £50k

About the role

This is a senior Store Manager position for a leading food retailer offering a unique relocation opportunity to the Channel Islands. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within food retail, supermarkets or convenience stores.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results.
