Store Manager

About the role

As the Store Manager you will lead the entire store operation at Upper Rose Gallery, Bluewater, ensuring profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting Lacoste’s premium sport‑inspired image while meeting financial targets and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.
• Interpret and communicate internal financial results and KPIs to the team.
• Use data‑driven insights to implement improvement methodologies.
• Develop, coach, and manage a high‑performing retail team.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a retail store in any industry.
• Extensive people‑management experience in services or retail.
• Ability to understand, interpret and act on financial results and KPIs.
• Commitment to uphold Lacoste values and brand standards.
• Strong communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales and leadership.
