Store Manager

About the role

Mountain Warehouse is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead its Exeter store. You will be responsible for driving sales, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and develop a high‑performing team, handling employee relations and training.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, health & safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while managing budgets.
• Lead loss‑prevention initiatives and ensure a secure shopping environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address feedback to build brand loyalty.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Confident retail manager with a track record of motivating and empowering teams.
• Strong communicator able to convey expectations clearly at all levels.
• Results‑driven with a focus on achieving sales and performance goals.
• Approachable, supportive and trustworthy, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
