About the role
Lead the VPZ store in Blairgowrie as the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations and driving sales performance. You will benefit from a competitive hourly rate of £13.71 plus bonus, comprehensive training, staff discounts and clear career progression within the UK’s leading vape retailer.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members across all aspects of their roles.
- Deliver excellent retail sales and ensure the store meets or exceeds targets.
- Manage day‑to‑day store activities, including rota planning, time and attendance, store standards, stock control and cash handling.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a team, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus on results.
