About the role
Lead the VPZ Cardiff store as Store Manager, overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and developing a high‑performing team in the UK’s largest vaping retailer.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their roles.
- Drive retail sales and help the store meet and exceed targets.
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including rota, attendance, standards, stock, and cash handling.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a team, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
