About the role
Times Top 100 Retailer is seeking a Store Manager for its Yate location, offering a salary of £31,700 plus a wide range of benefits and a clear path to progress to Area Manager. The role is part of a fast‑paced, high‑street retailer with over 150 stores and ambitious growth plans.
Key responsibilities
- Drive, develop and motivate your team to achieve high performance.
- Deliver a top‑performing store in a volume‑driven, highly seasonal trading environment.
Required profile
- Retail instinct and ability to thrive in volume‑driven, seasonal environments.
- Proven leadership and people‑management experience, ideally currently working as a Branch Manager, Store Manager or similar senior retail role.
