About the role
VPZ, the UK's largest vaping retail business, is hiring a Store Manager for its Clarkston store. The role leads the team, develops colleagues and drives store performance, with a starting rate of £13.71 plus bonus, expert training and career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their role
- Drive retail sales and help the store meet and exceed targets
- Oversee day-to-day store running, including rota management, time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling
Required profile
- Experience managing a team, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with changing priorities
- Applicants must be 18 or older; offers are subject to pre-employment screening and right to work checks
