About the role
As a Store Manager at Booker you will lead the store, build relationships with local business owners and drive sales while ensuring health‑safe‑legal compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire and manage the team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Develop relationships with local cafés, pubs, restaurants and retailers to grow the business.
- Ensure the store meets health, safety and legal standards.
- Oversee online and delivery services alongside the shop floor.
Required profile
- Experience in the food sector or retail/wholesale environment.
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and lead a team.
- Detail‑oriented, disciplined and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
