Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic retail team in Livingston. You will act as the essential link between our products and customers, supporting store performance and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in achieving KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the team.
• Run reports, track KPIs and keep the management team updated on performance.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide 1‑to‑2‑1 customer service, ensuring the customer always comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi Strauss brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and grow a retail team.
• Experience meeting KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
