About the role
Footasylum is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to lead the Portsmouth store, create an exceptional customer experience and drive commercial results.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise in‑store sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock, protect profit and maintain health & safety standards.
- Oversee merchandising, visual displays and store layout.
- Manage day‑to‑day expenses, P&L and property upkeep.
- Recruit, train and develop sales assistants, ensuring fair HR practices.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion retail and the Footasylum ethos.
- Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
