Strategic Initiatives & Culture Intern – London

About the role

UST is looking for a Strategic Initiatives & Culture Intern to join its London office. The intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting regional strategic programs, external events and culture‑building activities within a global digital transformation company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives aligned with regional priorities.
• Conduct research, analysis and prepare presentations and leadership materials.
• Support the organization and delivery of external events, forums and industry engagements, including logistics and post‑event insights.
• Contribute to internal culture and employee‑engagement projects, such as office events, communications and storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Strategy, Marketing, HR and Communications.

Required profile

• Current student in Business, Strategy, Communications, Management or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent research, organization and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Interest in strategy, culture, events or employer branding.
