About the role

Revolt, a global brand communications agency within Anthesis, is seeking a Strategy Director to shape brand narratives and reputation for clients focused on impact and sustainability. The role blends strategic brand thinking with cultural and societal impact, driving both commercial results and positive change.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Thinking: Deliver and manage high‑quality work across multiple accounts, unlocking creativity for the team and clients.
• Client Projects: Ensure end‑to‑end client satisfaction on large projects while empowering junior strategists.
• New Business: Lead pitches from brief to delivery, generate new client leads, and create compelling content for reports and events.
• Commercial: Identify growth opportunities on existing accounts, shape scopes, and write winning proposals.
• Team & Agency: Build an external profile through thought leadership, manage line‑management duties, and provide departmental training.

Required profile

• Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, compelling brand narratives and positioning.
• Versatile “Swiss‑army‑knife” mindset, adaptable to diverse briefs, topics, and client sectors.
• Trusted advisor capable of managing senior client relationships and acting as an escalation point.
