Structured Products and Exchange Products Middle Office – Associate

About the role

As an Associate in the Structured Products and Exchange Products Middle Office, you will support the seamless execution of trade activities across the EMEA region. You will work closely with sales and trading desks, ensuring that structured trades are booked, validated, and settled accurately while contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support Equity Derivative Structured Products desks in EMEA, covering sales and trading for exotic business lines.
• Facilitate trade bookings, validate economic integrity, ensure settlement and complete client set‑up.
• Provide pre‑trade approvals, verify onboarding, and ensure all pre‑trade formalities are completed.
• Book Structured Products into front‑office systems and manage secondary buy‑back formalities.
• Identify and implement automation projects to reduce manual effort, increase controls and mitigate input errors.
• Collaborate with other JPMorgan teams to drive cost efficiencies in the middle office.
• Contribute to the future state of the Structured Products business by improving daily processes.

Required profile

• Strong product knowledge of a range of Structured Products.
• Experience supporting trading desks and handling trade lifecycle activities.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders, present insights to senior management and drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding of change management principles.
