Studio Assistant

About the role

Consol, a national tanning brand with 58 studios, is hiring a Studio Assistant for its Stratford-upon-Avon studio. This is a permanent position with contracted shifts as shown in the four-week rota below; additional hours may be needed to cover staff holidays and sickness.

Rota: Week 1 Wed 10am-8pm, Fri 3pm-8pm; Week 2 Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 11am-5pm; Week 3 Wed 3pm-8pm, Fri 10am-8pm; Week 4 Thu 10am-3pm, Sun 11am-5pm.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the studio
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Assist with sales and stock replenishment
• Work closely with the Studio Manager and team to keep the studio welcoming, safe and running smoothly

Required profile

• Previous customer-facing experience
• English GCSE or equivalent, or demonstrable communication skills
• Experience working towards a goal or target in previous roles or education
• Willingness to attend mandatory training
• Good time management skills and motivation to take on new challenges

Desirable

• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Interest in the health and beauty industry
• Experience keeping areas clean and tidy
