Summer Associate – Executive Search (8‑week program)

About the role

Dore Partnership is offering an immersive 8‑week Summer Associate program in its London office. You will work directly within the executive search team, gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition for financial services, technology and data sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on industries, companies and key individuals using LinkedIn, Bloomberg and other resources.
• Map key individuals, firms and sectors to build comprehensive market intelligence.
• Produce detailed client reports on human capital and customized project analyses.
• Support search execution and contribute to business development initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to learning.
• Proven teamwork skills and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
