About the role
As a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose in St Helier, you will help deliver partner‑led service and a passion for food that sets the brand apart. You will contribute to a safe, tidy store environment while supporting customers both in‑store and online.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish stock to keep shelves full and products correctly placed.
- Prepare online orders for delivery and Click & Collect.
- Reduce waste by managing product dates and markdowns.
- Assist with checkout, on‑demand orders and general shop‑keeping tasks.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch, including evenings and weekends.

- Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for shifts between 22:00‑06:00.
