Supply Chain Administrator

About the role
You will provide administrative support to the supply chain function, directly influencing customer satisfaction, sales and profitability by managing the supply base and inventory for the Electrical and Home Appliances division.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day Direct Despatch order banks and develop best‑practice efficiencies.
- Support the team in resolving ad‑hoc issues with under‑performing suppliers.
- Update reports to give visibility of key KPIs such as customer promise and stock health.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Raise purchase orders in line with critical‑path requirements.
- Interpret data and work with supply chain systems.
Required profile
- Strong ability to interpret and present data.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and external partners.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn and detail‑oriented.
- Focus on delivering a great customer experience.
