About the role

We are a market‑leading consumer products and food business seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to join our Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal role will shape the operational capability, infrastructure and performance needed to support our next stage of high‑growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the end‑to‑end supply chain and operational strategy.
• Drive improvements in customer service, fulfilment performance and operational reliability.
• Optimise inventory levels and working‑capital performance while maintaining service standards.
• Build scalable processes, systems and controls to support future growth.
• Deliver productivity gains across warehousing, logistics and operational functions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service and cost reduction.
• Develop and mentor operational leaders, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Provide operational insight and challenge within the Senior Leadership Team.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational discipline.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end supply chain or operations leadership experience in a fast‑paced, product‑led environment.
• Strong warehousing, inventory and logistics expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations while maintaining control and service standards.
• Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of working‑capital drivers.
• Track record of leading change and driving operational improvement.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Pragmatic, resilient and credible leadership style.
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
