About the role

This graduate programme offers an analytical and commercially‑focused entry point into Asset Management and Supply Chain within GAP Group. Based in Glasgow, you will work across procurement, transport, damage & loss, and fleet disposal while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement activities, supplier engagement and cost analysis.
• Assist transport and logistics teams to optimise fleet movements and utilisation.
• Analyse damage and loss trends, contribute to investigations and prevention initiatives.
• Participate in fleet disposal processes, including valuations and reporting.
• Use data to inform operational and commercial decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects that drive efficiency across the fleet.

Required profile

• A degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in supply chain, asset management, logistics or commercial operations.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with data.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
