About the role
We are seeking a commercially sharp, detail‑obsessed Supply Chain Manager to own and scale our end‑to‑end supply chain. Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will be responsible for production planning, global sourcing, manufacturing coordination, and quality compliance to support rapid growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop production forecasts and translate demand into supply plans while maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Source ingredients internationally, negotiate terms, and build a resilient supplier network with contingency plans.
- Manage relationships with manufacturers, co‑packers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient production runs.
- Oversee freight, customs, and shipping to balance cost and reliability.
- Lead quality and compliance initiatives, including third‑party testing and regulatory adherence for international expansion.
Required profile
- 2–5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or supplements.
- Strong background in international sourcing, supplier management, and global logistics.
- Proven ability to manage manufacturers, co‑packers, and logistics partners.
- Highly organized, commercially minded, and capable of identifying risks early.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
