Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Greyparrot is scaling its AI‑powered waste analytics hardware from early‑stage volumes to a production scale of 500+ units per year. The Supply Chain Manager will own the end‑to‑end supply chain, from parts procurement and partner relationships to ERP implementation and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the production partner in Wales and oversee the global parts supply chain, ensuring parts arrive on schedule.
• Implement and own the ERP system that tracks stock, orders, and production status, driving visibility across the business.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, capacity plans, and purchasing budgets aligned with sales pipelines.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers and freight providers, benchmark costs and control landed cost per unit.
• Coordinate outbound logistics, customs, and returns for shipments to the US, Europe and the UK.
• Lead the qualification of a second production partner to mitigate single‑source risk.
