Supply Chain & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end performance across planning, procurement, inventory and logistics. The role will ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, cost and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production and repair scheduling to ensure efficient workflow and on‑time delivery.
• Manage procurement activities, securing timely supply of materials from internal and external suppliers.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with demand forecasts and business targets.
• Lead all logistics operations, including inbound, internal and outbound flows, and ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations.
• Develop and coach high‑performing teams, set clear performance objectives and foster a positive safety‑focused culture.
• Monitor operational performance using KPIs, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, operations or logistics management within a complex environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with KPIs, forecasting and performance monitoring.
