Supply Chain Quality Manager

About the role

Advanced Resource Managers Limited (ARM) is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager for a three‑month contract based in Filton. The role supports a global aerospace leader by ensuring supplier quality and compliance throughout the procurement process.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the procurement strategy defined by MFT, including supplier development.
• Define and maintain supplier surveillance decision trees and surveillance plans.
• Lead verification of supplier compliance with applicable requirements.
• Raise risks, follow up actions, and report/escalate deviations from industrial targets.
• Provide feedback on sub‑commodity strategy recommendations.
• Contribute to call‑for‑tender preparation and ensure timely delivery of selection reports.

Required profile

• Customer‑facing experience dealing with suppliers and parts delivery.
• Experience with work transfers and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation ability.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
