Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

VidaCorp is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the rapid expansion of its beauty brands across the UK and Europe. Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain & Operations, you will help ensure seamless delivery, accurate inventory management, and efficient logistics for new product launches and retailer roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day supply chain activities including demand planning, supply planning, logistics, inventory, and order management.
• Serve as the central point of contact for operational queries and lead regular meetings with third‑party logistics partners.
• Develop and maintain processes, reporting tools, dashboards, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics, investigate service failures, identify root causes, and drive improvements in service levels, availability, inventory accuracy, logistics efficiency, and cost‑to‑serve.
• Represent the supply chain function in customer and commercial discussions when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics within a fast‑moving consumer goods or beauty environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on attitude with a track record of building and improving operational processes.
