Supply Planner – EMEA Operations

About the role

Join Monster Energy’s EMEA Operations team as a Supply Planner and turn demand forecasts into executable supply plans across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will be at the centre of a fast‑moving FMCG environment, ensuring product availability while managing inventory, supply continuity and operational risk.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and maintain short‑ and long‑term supply plans aligned to forecast and business demand.
• Translate demand forecasts into executable supply and production plans.
• Own and manage purchase orders with co‑packers, ensuring accuracy of quantities, timelines and master data.
• Monitor and mitigate supply risks such as production delays, demand changes, supplier constraints and slow‑moving stock.
• Adjust plans in real time to maintain product availability across EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with co‑packers, production partners and suppliers to ensure effective supply execution.
• Support new product launches and manage phase‑in/phase‑out activities.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data within SAP/IBP systems.

Required profile

• Proactive and analytical mindset with strong operational focus.
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with demand planning, production, logistics and project teams.
• Experience in managing supply risk and co‑packer relationships.
