Supply Planner – FMCG (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for an interim Supply Planner to join Elida Beauty’s fast‑paced FMCG business in Holborn, London. The role supports demand and supply planning for finished goods across the UK and ANZ markets, ensuring capacity allocation and inventory levels meet commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the end‑to‑end supply planning strategy, developing constrained finished‑goods forecasts and translating them into supply and requirements plans.
• Manage and resolve supply risks to maintain continuity of supply and achieve on‑time, in‑full order fulfilment.
• Own capacity, inventory, waste and service‑level reporting and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Customer Development, Marketing and Third‑Party Manufacturing procurement to align supply plans with commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate repack and co‑pack activities with external suppliers and work with Planning Control Tower teams on projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in supply planning within a FMCG or similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with global stakeholders.

What we offer

• Full‑time temporary contract until June 2027 (37.5 hours/week, Monday‑Friday).
