About the role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic supply teachers for primary schools in Sussex. The role is flexible, allowing you to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings according to your availability and expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in a variety of primary classrooms.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different age groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide accurate attendance and progress records for each placement.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Primary Education.
- Passion for the progress of primary‑school pupils.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Willingness to work on a temporary, supply basis.
