Support Worker – Bury, Greater Manchester

About the role

Join a friendly, energetic team delivering person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities in Bury. As a Support Worker you will help residents with daily living tasks, personal care and community participation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, manual handling and medication administration as required.
• Assist with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Support residents to engage in a variety of activities both inside the home and in the community.
• Work flexibly across day, evening, weekend, sleep‑in and bank‑holiday shifts to meet service needs.
• Maintain accurate records and follow health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated to person‑centred care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Open to candidates from all backgrounds; no prior care experience needed.
• Eligible to work in the UK and based in the UK.

Required skills

• None – the role provides full training.
