Support Worker – Learning Disabilities (Lee-on-the-Solent)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a charitable organisation in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire. You will help individuals with learning disabilities live more independently while developing your own career in health and social care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and personal care.
• Provide travel escorts and support for community outings.
• Teach independent life skills and promote self‑reliance.
• Facilitate participation in social and leisure activities.
• Work flexibly across a mixture of shifts, with no night or sleep‑in requirements.

• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
